Q

What are the Side Effects?

Compared to the surgical risks of invasive penile augmentation surgery, our male enhancement procedures are considerably less invasive and carry a significantly lower degree of risk. With a history of over 14,000 patients treated, Prometheus By Dr. Malik has an excellent safety record. Any injection of medication carries the risk of bleeding, infection, and damage to blood vessels, nerves or surrounding structures. However, procedures at Prometheus by Dr. Malik are performed by an experienced physician and carry minimal risk.

Q

Enlargement Surgery vs the Minimally Invasive Procedure

In his medical career, Dr. Malik has performed thousands of procedures on men and women over many years. After looking at all the various penis enlargement surgery options available, Dr. Malik has concluded that the Prometheus procedures are the safest and most effective methods available today. Simply put, we feel the lack of predictable gains associated with more aggressive surgical procedures are not worth the risks. We recognize that each patient is different, both in their physical appearance and their individual goals, and we work to provide the individual shape and size each patient wants to achieve. While the procedure requires technical expertise, there is also an art needed to shape and sculpt the penile shaft and head to the patient’s liking.

Q

Are Long-Acting Fillers Safe and Effective?

Fillers have been safely used in the cosmetic surgery field for over 70 years. We can achieve results that are essentially permanent using a patented long-acting filler. With the development of the patented filler product we use for Prometheus procedures, we can achieve results that are essentially permanent. The filler activates your body to replace the filler with your own collagen matrix. This makes your penis enlargement results permanent.

Q

Do Pumps Really Work to Enlarge the Penis?

The short answer is yes, penis pumps do work for several minutes to perhaps an hour. Most penis pumps can provide some temporary gains in penis size. Some are FDA approved to treat erectile dysfunction that does not respond to other medical therapies. The vacuum pump draws tissue fluid into the penis and is trapped in the penis shaft by a silicone ring placed at the base of the penis. There are also “novelty” penis pumps sold over the counter that can achieve some of the same results. Patients who pump at high vacuum levels or for too long can develop blistering of the skin. While there is some anecdotal evidence that pumping can cause some slight permanent gains, there is no documented evidence that this is true.

Q

What Girth Size is the Most Satisfying?

Based on feedback from our patients, the optimum girth seems to be around 6.5 inches, although individual results can vary by the patient’s preferences. Depending on your current measurements, Dr. Malik will recommend how many treatments you need to meet your goals.

Q

Is Bigger Actually Better….When it Comes to Penis Size?

Although many people think penis length is the most critical dimension to more satisfying sexual activity, the girth of the penis is much more significant. Due to vaginal nerve composition, specifically the location of the G-Spot, a thicker penis shaft will has more surface area and stimulates more nerves of the clitoris. Dr. Malik will help you decide what size is best for you personally.

Q

What Penis Length is Most Satisfying?

This truly depends on the personal preferences of both partners. While the vagina can stretch to accommodate almost any size penis, that does not mean it will be comfortable. The length of the vaginal canal can vary, and many women find a penis length that hits the cervix to be very uncomfortable. Girth, on the other hand, is a different story. Time and again, studies show that given an option, women prefer a penis that is of average length but of larger girth!

Q

What Is The Best Male Enhancement?

The concept of “best” in male enhancement is subjective and can vary widely depending on individual needs, goals, health status, and preferences. It’s crucial to remember that what works best for one person might not work as well for another. That being said, the nonsurgical option we offer at Prometheus by Dr. Malik carries fewer risks than penis enlargement surgery and yields more reliable results than unproven herbal supplements, using a penile traction device, or vacuum pumps.

Q

Can Penis Enlargement Surgery Cause Erectile Dysfunction?

Yes, erectile dysfunction is a possible complication of penis enlargement surgery procedures. Among penis enlargement surgery options, possible side effects include damage to the nerves and structures of the penis.

Q

Would A Penile Extender Or Penis Enlargement Device Work?

There is no documented medical evidence that penile extenders or other penis enlargement devices work. Conversely, these devices can cause bruising of the skin and tearing of the penile tissues.

Q

Do Male Enhancement Pills Work?

There is no male enhancement pills that are medically documented to work. Most of them are not FDA-approved pills, but rather herbal dietary supplements without proper medical vetting. Over-the-counter male enhancement pills can also interfere with other medications.

Q

Will Fat Injections Or A Fat Transfer Work?

Most research suggests that fat injections or a fat transfer will not lend satisfactory penis enlargement results. The body can reabsorb the fat, causing the penis volume to decrease rapidly. Patients also share concerns about the look and feel of the penis after fat injections or a fat transfer.
